Are you a drama capsule?

As I hate to admit it… some of the trait’s described in Jenny Ford’s article on Uncluttering Your Emotional Space… I have done in the past.
I’m getting better, I am a healer after all.
I found this going through my live journal, checking out my friend’s page. The article was on The Goddess of Java’s polyamorous-focused blog.
Seemed appropriate to my audience, my business and my lifestyle.
I definitely cater to the poly crowd as well as the BDSM crowd. And as we are often a very passionate bunch, we can get caught up in our own bu#@#$%T and be little drama capsules. It’s easy to get all stressed out and in need of some TLC when issues and dramas come up.

Massage can help you with your dramas! here’s some bullet points:
*human touch - it’s a no-brainer it’s a comfort
*step outside the areas of drama - go to a tranquil setting… a mini-vacation at a massage therapist’s office
* working the kinks out - deep release of soft tissue and muscles can facilitate the release of painful emotions
*post massage-bliss - blood moves better and it feels like you can handle anything
*hormonal balance - your chemicals won’t be the slave of you, massage is known to balance hormones in the body - remember to drink water
*deep massage, or the intuitive massage - sleep like a rock - one always thinks around dramas better after a good sleep.

So if you’re doing the poly thing and *gasp* you’re maybe, possibly, perhaps.. experiencing some emotional stress about your life and relationships… get a massage.
My office is like a fountain in the desert - or more like a dry spot on Broadway in the rain-soaked Seattle city bustle - a sacred space where all the kinky people come to get thier healing. Well, maybe not all of them right now… but eventually.
We all need a massage at least once.
You know, for stress relief.
